Between jobs:
We recommend leaving part used cans connected to the gun, as long as the jobs are less than two weeks apart. If the time between
jobs is longer than two weeks, disconnect the can and clean as recommended.
Between cans:
Remove the empty can. Clean the valve using PU foam cleaner before replacing with a new can.
Cleaning:
Remove the empty foam can from the gun, clean the valve and replace immediately with a can of foam cleaner. Press down the trigger
for at least 10 seconds, ensuring that the solvent travels through the gun to the tip.
Ensure that the foam is removed from the tip of the extrusion nozzle, as cured material may ruin the product.
If there is cured foam at the end of the nozzle or round the ball bearing in the valve, after cleaning and before re-using, remove with
a pin and use the foam cleaner again. Ensure that the product is completely clean and operational before storing.
Entre les utilisations:
Nous recommandons de laisser les cartouches entamées assemblées au pistolet tant que les utilisations sont espacées de moins
de deux semaines. Si la durée entre deux utilisations est supérieure à deux semaines, retirez la cartouche et nettoyez en procédant

Retirez la cartouche vide: Nettoyez la valve avec un nettoyant mousse PU avant d'insérer une cartouche neuve.
Nettoyage:
Retirez la cartouche de mousse vide du pistolet, nettoyez la valve et insérez immédiatement une cartouche de nettoyant mousse.
Appuyez sur la gâchette pendant 10 s au minimum pour garantir que le solvant passe dans le pistolet jusqu'à la canule.
Après le nettoyage et avant la réutilisation, s'il y a de la mousse nettoyée à l'extrémité de la canule ou autour du roulement à billes
et opérationnel avant de le ranger.
