If you want to use the remote control it has to be pointed at the remote
control sensor on the front of the device. The distance between remote
control and sensor should not exceed 3m. The angle of the remote con-
trol to the remote control sensor to right, left, top and bottom should
not exceed 40°.
With the main ON/OFF switch (Fig. 1/2) you can turn the device on and
off .
Please use headphones with a 3.5 mm stereo jack plug; these should be
inserted into the „ " socket. The loudspeakers are then switched off .
This device has been developed in accordance with the latest technical
developments in the USB fi eld. Unfortunately the large number of dif-
ferent types of USB storage media on off er today makes it impossible to
guarantee full compatibility with all USB storage media. For this reason
there may be problems in rare cases with playing back from USB storage
media. This is not a malfunction of the device.

Please ensure that it is possible to receive DVB-T signals in your area.

This device has a built-in DVB-T receiver.
In order to be able to receive digital terrestrial channels with the built-in
DVB-T receiver it is necessary to connect your permanently installed
house aerial.
If you are located in the central section of the transmission area you can
also use an optional passive or active DVB-T aerial.
Connect the cable of your DVB-T antenna system or your DVB-T
room antenna to the ANT. socket on the back of the device.
