Installation
Sicherheitshinweise
Die Installation und Wartung dieses Geräts dürfen nur durch
geschultes, fachkundiges Personal erfolgen.
Die geltenden Sicherheits und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften sind
zu beachten.
Schutzeinrichtungen dürfen nicht entfernt werden.
Beachten Sie die im Datenblatt angegebenen technischen Daten
des Geräts.
Vor Arbeiten am Gerät oder Montage/Demontage muss das Gerät
spannungsfrei geschaltet werden.
Montage der GAT SP 074 2A UPS
DINSchiene
Das Netzteil und das Überwachungsmodul sind für die Montage auf einer DIN
Schiene ausgelegt. Folgende DINSchienentypen können für die Installation
verwendet werden:
• TS35/7,5
• TS35/15
Abstände
Um eine Überhitzung zu vermeiden, beachten Sie die folgenden
Mindestlüftungsfreiräume um das Netzteil und Überwachungsmodul:
• 5 mm links und rechts von jedem Gerät.
• 40 mm über jedem Gerät.
• 20 mm unter jedem Gerät.
• Stellen Sie außerdem sicher, dass ein Abstand von 10 15 cm eingehalten
wird, wenn das benachbarte Gerät eine Wärmequelle ist.
Montageausrichtung
• Die richtige Montageausrichtung für das Netzteil ist vertikal mit den
Eingangsklemmen an der Unterseite und den Ausgangsklemmen an der
Oberseite.
• Die richtige Montageausrichtung für das Überwachungsmodul ist vertikal mit
den Ausgangsklemmen unten und den Eingangsklemmen oben.
HINWEIS! Andere als die oben beschriebenen Montageausrichtungen sind
nicht zulässig. Siehe Bilder in Abschnitt "Elektrischer Anschluss", Seite 4.

Installationsanleitung
Führen Sie die folgenden Schritte aus, um das Netzteil und das
Überwachungsmodul auf einer DINSchiene zu installieren.
1. Kippen Sie das Gerät leicht nach hinten.
2. Befestigen Sie die Oberseite der Gerätehalterung über der oberen DIN
Schiene.
3. Schieben Sie es nach unten, bis es den Anschlag erreicht.
4. Drücken Sie auf die Unterseite des Geräts, bis die Halterung einrastet.
5. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Netzteil festen Halt hat.

Safety Instructions
DIN Rail
The power supply and monitoring module are designed to be mounted on a DIN
rail. The following DIN rail types can be used for installation:
• TS35/7.5
• TS35/15
Clearances
To prevent overheating, observe the following minimum ventilation clearances
around the power supply and monitoring module:
• 5 mm to the left and right of each device.
• 40 mm above each device.
• 20 mm below each device.
• Also ensure a 10 15 cm clearance is kept when the adjacent device is a heat
source.
Mounting Orientation
• The appropriate mounting orientation for the power supply is vertical with the
input terminals at the bottom and output terminals on top.
• The appropriate mounting orientation for the monitoring module is vertical with
the output terminals at the bottom and input terminals on top.
NOTE! Mounting orientations other than those described above are not
allowed. See diagrams in the "Electrical Connections" section on page 4.

Installation Instructions
Complete the following steps to attach the power supply and monitoring module
onto the DIN rail.
1. Tilt the device slightly rearwards.
2. Attach the top of the device bracket over the top DIN rail.
3. Slide it downward until it hits the stop.
4. Press the bottom of the device in until the bracket clicks into place.
5. Ensure that the power supply is securely attached.
