Loop cable
Place the Digiloop 50 in the vicinity of a sound source (e.g. TV, audio installation).
Form a loop with the loop cable (Figure 3).
Lay one end of the loop cable next to the Digiloop 50 and lay the loop cable around
the room where it is to be used, ensuring that the other end reaches the Digiloop 50.
Attach the stripped ends to the loop amplifiers connection (Figure 2, No 7).
The cable is normally laid on the floor. Ensure that there are no kinks in the cable.
The cable can be attached to the skirting board or laid beneath the floorboards. The
cable can be placed in front of a door sill.
Note: if there are no door sill(s) and you run the loop cable up over the door frame
the magnetic field in the room may not be the optimum field possible.
