Manual IB-289-C3 Drive installation ATTENTION! Before installation, make sure that the drive is empty or your data is backed up externally. Otherwise data will be lost during installation and configura- tion of the password! Slide the lid on bottom to open the enclosure. Gently plug the SATA drive (SSD or HDD) into the SATA connector inside the enclosure. - Seite 11 Manual IB-289-C3 LED description Blue LED shines continuously for power and blinks for data access. Handbuch IB-289-C3 LED Anzeige Blaue LED leuchtet durchgehend, wenn das Gerät per USB mit Strom versorgt wird und blinkt bei Datenzugriff. Grüne LED blinkt bei Tastendruck einmal auf und leuchtet durch gehend, wenn das Gerät entsperrt ist. Orange LED leuchtet durchgehend, wenn der Modus für Passwort setzen oder Passwort ändern aktiv ist und erlischt, wenn das neue Passwort gesetzt wurde oder die alte Passworteingabe korrekt war. - Seite 17 Handbuch IB-289-C3 Geben Sie Ihr Passwort erneut ein (dasselbe wie zuvor) und drücken Sie anschließend die Entsperren Taste, um die Eingabe zu bestätigen. Nun erlischt die rote LED und die grüne LED leuchtet auf. Die Passworteinrichtung war erfolgreich. ACHTUNG!: Notieren Sie sich das gewählte Passwort und legen Sie es an einer sicheren Stelle ab, damit kein Missbrauch möglich ist.
