Intended use
The speakers are designed to convert electric output signals of audio amplifiers into audible sound
waves and are only qualified for use with speaker outputs of such devices.
The product may only be used in enclosed indoor locations. Outdoor use is not allowed. Do not
expose to moisture, for example in bathrooms or similar spaces.
Any other use than that described above may lead to damage to the loudspeakers and involves
other risks, such as short-circuits, fire, etc.
No part of the product may be modified or rebuilt.
This product complies with the applicable national and European regulations. All company and
product names are the trademarks of their respective owners. All rights reserved.

Safety Instructions
D amage due to the failure following these operating instructions will void the war-
ranty! We do not assume any liability for any resulting damage!
W e do not assume any liability for material and personal damage caused by improper
use or non-compliance with the safety instructions! In such cases, the warranty will
be null and void!
• For safety reasons, any unauthorised conversion and/or modification to the product
is not permitted.
• When connecting the party loudspeakers, the safety instructions for any equipment
to which they are connected must also be followed.
• Never pour liquids over electrical devices and never place objects filled with liquid
on top of them.
• Do not place sources of open fire such as burning candles on the appliance.
• Do not store any magnetic storage media such as floppy disks, video tapes etc. near
the loudspeakers, as the magnetic field of the loudspeakers may corrupt the informa-
tion stored on the storage media.
• Do not listen to excessively loud music for long periods of time. This may damage
your hearing.
• Do not expose the party speakers to high temperatures, drips or water spray, strong
vibrations or high humidity.
• This product is not a toy; it is not suitable for children. Children are not aware of the
potential dangers involved when using electrical devices.
• Don't leave packaging material lying around carelessly; it may become a dangerous
plaything for children.
• If you are unsure about how to connect the product properly, or should you have any
questions that are not answered in these operating instructions, please contact our
technical service or consult a professional.
• Moreover, please observe the additional safety instructions in the individual chap-
ters of these operating instructions.
Location
D o not place the party loudspeakers in the direct vicinity of displays such as TV sets
or computer monitors. Exposure to the magnetic fields generated by the loudspeakers
can distort the picture.
W hen positioning the party speakers, make sure that the speakers have a stable foot-
ing and that the set-up surface is stable.
I f you install the party speakers at an elevated location or stack boxes on top of one
another, then theses boxes must be secured with suitable securing devices. When
so doing, ensure that the fastening material and the anchoring area are sufficiently
dimensioned.
S erious injury to persons can be caused if the loudspeakers fall down. Therefore, the
party speakers must be secured by experienced and trained personnel.
I t is not permitted to suspend the party speakers from their carrying handles.
A lways route the cables so that nobody can trip over or become entangled in them.
There is a risk of injury.
• Set up the party speakers in the desired location.
• Align the sound outlet as desired.
Connection
W hen connecting the party speakers, make sure that the connecting cables are not
pinched or damaged by sharp edges.
T he loudspeakers may only be connected to suitable loudspeaker outputs of audio
devices.
M ake sure the impedance and power rating specified in the technical data comply
with the data for the amplifier. Otherwise, the speakers or the amplifier may be dam-
aged.
T he amplifier to which the speakers are connected must be switched off during the
connection process.
D o not route the connecting cable in such a way that people may tripped over it.
• Connect the terminals on the speakers with the speaker outputs of the amplilfier.

• Pay attention to the loading capacity of the terminal element. The total impedance of the con-
nected loudspeakers should be less than the minimum impedance of the power amplifier.
Maintenance
The party speakers are maintenance-free.
It should only be vacuumed on the outside. Make sure not to touch the sensitive speaker mem-
branes.
Never use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions as the carpet cover or the membrane
could be damaged.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste materials and must not be disposed of in the
household waste!
Please dispose of the product, when it is no longer of use, according to the current
statutory requirements.
