Troubleshooting

Never attempt to repair the device yourself.
Repairs to electrical appliances may only be carried out by a Vorwerk
Customer Service Centre, a workshop authorised by Vorwerk or a person with
similar qualifications in order to avoid hazards.
Always switch the device off before all retrofitting, cleaning and maintenance
work.
Disconnect the accessory head from the device before performing retrofitting,
cleaning or maintenance work on the accessory head.
Stay clear of the moving parts.
Never reach into the rotating components.
If your device does not function properly, it could be due to one of
the following reasons:
Possible causes and rectification
The cordless vacuum cleaner is not switched on.
– Switch on the device.
There may be a fault on the cordless vacuum cleaner.
– Refer to the instruction manual for the cordless vacuum cleaner.
It is possible for the LED display on the cordless vacuum cleaner to light
up yellow even though the filter bag does not need changing,
particularly when vacuuming crevices with the electric upholstery
brush.
– Move the electric upholstery brush gently back and forth as you
vacuum. The LED display will change back to green.
Fringes or fabrics were sucked in and pulled out again.
– Replace the suction nozzle.
