Demontage und Montage
- Führungsrohr (90200) auf das turbi nenseitige Wel-
lenende schrauben (s. Fig. 5-14/1).
VTR 254 ÷ 354
+ Steckschlüssel (90050), bei VTR 254 das Verlän-
gerungs rohr (90210), auf das Führungsrohr
(90200) aufschrauben.
+ Am Ende des Führungs-/Verlängerungsrohres
(90050/90210) zur Sicherung eine Schraube oder
den Haltebolzen (90220) anbringen.
- Adapter (90216) auf das verdich terseitige Welle-
nende schrauben.
Vorsicht ! Vor dem Anheben, Hebe zeug auf rich-
tige Befesti gung und Tragseile auf
festen Sitz prüfen
- Rotor mit Kran langsam anheben, bis der Rotor
verdichter s eitig nicht mehr aufliegt und seitwärts
bewegt werden kann.
Hinweis Position der Zwischenwand mit Reiss-
nadel oder Körner markieren.
- Zwischenwand (23000) mit Abdrückschrauben
(90900) vom Gasaustritts gehäuse (61001) abdrü-
cken (s. Fig. 5-14/2).
- Rotor ausfahren, bis die Schraube oder der Hal-
tebolzen (90220) an der Führungsplatte (90170)
anstösst.

+ Aufhängeseil (90370) um die Wellen schutzbüchse
(23050) schlingen und den Rotor mit den Schrauben
(74004) am Luftaustrittsgehäuse aufhängen (s. Fig.
5-14/3).
- Kranseil um Zwischenwand und Wellenschutz-
büchse (23050) schlingen (s. Fig. 5-14/4).
- Rotor mit Kran langsam anheben, bis das Aufhän-
geseil (90370) frei ist.
- Aufhängeseil (90370) und Schraube oder Halte-
bolzen (90220) am Führungs-/ Verlän gerungsrohr
entfernen.
- Rotor vorsichtig ausfahren.

- Screw the guide tube (90200) onto the turbine end
shaft end (see fig. 5-14/1).

+ Fit the box spanner (90050), VTR 254 the extensi-
on tube (90210), onto the guide tube (90200).
+ Fit a screw or the holding pin (90220) at the end
of the guide tube/extension tube (90050/90210) to
secure it.
- Screw the adapter (90216) on to the compressor
end shaft end.
Caution !
- Lift the rotor slowly with the crane until the com-
pressor end of the rotor is suspended and can be
moved side ways.
Note
- Press the partition wall (23000) with the puller
screws (90900) away from the gas outlet casing
(61001) (see fig. 5-14/2).
- Withdraw the rotor until the screw or the holding
pin (90220) touches the guide plate (90170).

+ Loop the rope (90370) around the shaft protection
sleeve (23050) and suspend the rotor with the
screws (74004) on the air outlet casing (s. fig.
5-14/3).
- Loop the rope around the partition wall and the
shaft protection sleeve (23050) (see fig. 5-14/4).
- Lift the rotor slowly with the crane until the rope
(90370) is free.
- Remove the rope (90370) and the screw or holding
pin (90220) of the guide tube / extension tube.
- Carefully remove the rotor.

Disassembly and assembly
Before lifting, check that the lifting
equip m ent is correctly fixed and that the
ropes are sitting correctly.
Mark the position of the partition wall
with a marking tool or center punch.
