Demontage und Montage
- Zentrierrohr (90140) auf Welle auf schrauben (s.
Fig. 5-12)
Vorsicht ! Zentrierrohr bei heisser Welle von Hand
anziehen und eine viertel Umdrehung
lösen.
- Führungsstück (90160) mit 6kt-Schrauben am
Lufteintritts gehäuse (76001) befestigen.
- Führungsplatte (90170) mit 6kt-Schrauben
(VTR354:90172) am Gaseintrittsgehäuse (51001)
befestigen.
- Axiale Haltevorrichtung (90180) mit Hutmutter
(34157) montieren.
- Hebevorrichtung (90190) mit den beigelegten
Schrauben am Luft eintrittsgehäuse (76001) an-
schrauben.
- Schrauben (74004) entfernen.
- Lufteintrittsgehäuse (76001) mit Abdrückschrauben
(90900) vom Luftaustrittsgehäuse (74001) lösen
und entfernen.

Abweichend gilt bei Stellung CB 045 - CB 060 des
Luft austrittsgehäuses bei VTR 354 und VTR 214P÷
354P (s. Fig. 5-13):
- Führungsbolzen (90320) und Gewin destangen
(90330) im Luftaustrittsgehäuse (74001) ein-
schrauben.
- 6kt-Mutter (90332) und Unterlagscheiben (90333)
so montieren, dass diese zwischen den Flanschen
des Lufteintrittsgehäuses (76001) liegen.
- Lufteintrittsgäuse (76001) durch die 6kt-Mutter
(90332) auf den Führungs bolzen ausfahren, bis
die Hebevor richtung (90190) am Lufteintrittsge-
häuse montiert werden kann.
- Gewindestangen (90330) entfernen und Luftein-
trittsge häuse (76001) vor sichtig ausfahren.

- Axiale Haltevorrichtung (90180) mit Hutmutter
(34157) entfernen (s. Fig. 5-12).

- Screw the centering tube (90140) onto the shaft
(see fig. 5-12).
Caution !
- Fix the guide piece (90160) onto the air inlet ca-
sing (76001) with the hex.-headed screws.
- Fix the guide plate (90170) onto the gas inlet
casing (51001) with the hex.-headed screws
(VTR354: 90172).
- Fit the axial holding device (90180) with cap nut
(34157).
- Screw the lifting device (90190) to the air inlet ca-
sing (76001) with the screws supplied.
- Remove the screws (74004).
- Release the air inlet casing (76001) from the
air outlet casing (74001) with the puller screws
(90900) and remove.

In case of position CB 045 - CB 060 of the air
outlet casing VTR 354 and VTR 214P ÷ 354P the
following shall apply (see fig. 5-13):
- Screw the guide studs (90320) and threaded rods
(90330) into the air outlet casing (74001).
- Fit the hex nut (90332) and the washers (90333)
in such a way that they lie between the flanges of
the air inlet casing (76001).
- Bring the air inlet casing (76001) with the hex nut
(90332) out on the guide studs until the lifting de-
vice (90190) can be fitted to the air inlet casing.
- Remove the threaded rods (90330) and carefully
remove the air inlet casing (76001).

- Remove the axial holding device (90180) with the
cap nut (34157) (see fig. 5-12).

Disassembly and assembly
Screw the centering tube by hand onto
a hot shaft and release it by a quarter
turn.
