The portable speaker doesn't switch on, beeps are heard during
playback, or the music playback is jerky:
The battery is fl at or low. Recharge the battery. Recharge the battery
at least 5 minutes before use.
No sound is heard:
The audio source emits no sound, or the sound volume is too low.
Adjust the volume both on the audio source and on the portable
speaker.
Check the connection mode.
Also check that the audio source and the speaker are not connected
through USB/micro USB cable. Sound can only be broadcast via a
connection through the 3.5 mm jack/jack cable.
The Bluetooth* connection cannot be established:
Ensure that your audio source is in pairing mode. Refer to the user
manual of your audio source for more details.
For optimal transmission quality, make sure that the speaker and
your Bluetooth* device are less than 10 metres apart and that no
walls or electronic devices are obstructing transmission.
Cannot read the USB key data:
Check that the USB key is correctly connected to the speaker's USB
port.
Check that the music has been properly recorded on the USB key,
in MP3 or WAV format.
