Bluetooth* connection
1.
Switch the speaker on by pressing the button
A beep is heard from the device and a white indicator light fl ashes

rapidly. The speaker is ready to be paired.

Access the Bluetooth* menu of your audio source device to
start searching for the device. Refer to the manual of your audio
source for more details on Bluetooth*searching.

Your device appears in the list of devices, appearing as
Essb_SBL90. If your device asks you for an ID code, type in
"0000" or the code that appears on the screen of your audio
source, then confi rm.
4.
Your audio source is now paired with the speaker.

To increase the speaker volume, press the button

The speaker switches off automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity.
To ensure your device is automatically detected the next
time it is switched on, please do not interrupt the pairing
procedure.
Using the hands-free functionality
When the speaker is used with a mobile phone with Bluetooth*, it
picks up incoming and outgoing calls. When a call is received or

dialled, the speaker emits a beep and pauses music playback.
