DANGER
Please don't disassemble and repair the mop without authorization.
Problem
The product does not work
even when turned on.
The red light flashes
periodically.
The bottom of the product
does not spray water, and
the cloth is not wet.
Dust cannot be
sucked completely.

Possible cause and solution
Check whether the adapter is connected
correctly and check whether the connection
pins are deformed or detached.
The red light indicates water shortage.
Please check if there is water shortage
in the water tank.
Unplug the nozzle to check if it is clogged,
or try to replace it with a new one.
Please check if the location of the suction
port is blocked by a large foreign object.
