OPERATION
CAUTION
Risk of burns! The cooking zone will become very hot while cooking
and remains hot even after switching off. Do not touch the hot surface!
1. Make sure that the control switch is in the "0" position. Insert the plug of the
appliance into the socket.
2. Any high temperature resistant cookware with flat bottom can be used on the
appliance.
3. Put the food to be cooked in the pot and place the pot in the middle of the hotplate.
Note: The better the pot, the better the cooking result. The bottom of the pot should be
as flat as possible.
4. Set the temperature control to the desired cooking level:
Level 1, 2 and 3 For boiling and steaming
Level 4 and 5 Maximum heat for baking and frying
5. After use, turn the heating select switch to „0" position and unplug the appliance
from electrical outlet.
6. If the appliance is still hot after it has been switched off, it is advisable to use the
residual heat to warm up (or keep warm) food. In this case, pull the mains plug out
of the socket when the appliance has cooled down.
