Inefficient flushing of the resin.
SOLUTION
Check electric wiring - fuse, plug, transformer.
Adjust valve settings or contact tech support.
Close the by-pass.
Refill the salt and regenerate the resin by the
immediate regeneration button.
Contact tech support or clean the injector.
Check the set time of brine tank refill and
regenerate the resin in immediate regeneration
cycle.
Change the setting of hard water mixer.
Wait until regeneration ends.
Set shorter brine tank refill time.
Set shorter brine collection time. Adjust the brine
valve position.
Clean the valve and resin. Increase frequency of
regeneration and/or backwash cycles.
Check whether the residue from water has not
blocked the water installation before the softener.
Remove the materials and clean the valve.
Clean or remove the cartridge.
Incorrect operation of brine valve. Make sure if
there is brine in the tank before regeneration
begins.
Set shorter brine tank refill time.
Clean the injector.
Replace the brine valve.
Check electric power supply.
Adjust brine valve position.
Increase inlet water pressure to at least 1,5 bar.
Check the brine hose and remove any blocking
elements.
Replace the tube.
Replace the injector.
Check the drain tube and remove any blocking
elements.
Check the inside of the valve, remove any
blocking elements and check the valve operation
during various working cycles.
Check electric wiring.
Contact tech support.
Check whether the drain tube is clogged. Increase
rinse duration. Check water pressure in the
installation.
