Troubleshooting

The following troubleshooting guide addresses the most common problems. If problems persist,
feel free to contact the Customer Support at support@taotronics.com.

Solution
Properly install all parts
(Filters and Air Inlet Grille)

Replace the filter and reset
by pressing and holding the
Timer Button for 3 seconds.
Connect the plug to a
powered electrical outlet.
Try plugging the air
purifier into a different
outlet.
Immediately stop using

Press Fan Speed Button to
adjust the fan speed.
Remove the filter from its
packaging before use.
Leave 15 in / 38 cm of
clearance for proper air flow.
Replace the filter.
Poor air purification

as per the actual room size.

Properly place the filter

Leave 15 in / 38 cm of
clearance for proper air flow.
Remove the filter from its
packaging before use.
Immediately discontinue

NOT attempt to open the
air purifier.
Place the unit on a level
and flat place.
Replace the filter (see

Replace the filter, and move
the air purifier to a room
where the relative humidity
is less than 85% RH.
