Schnellschalt−Gleichrichter / Quick−switching rectifier

S Für den Netzeingang ein dreiadriges Kabel verwen-
den. Leitungsquerschnitte je Ader s. technische Da-
ten im Kap. 2.1.
S Sicherstellen, daß die zu schaltende Kupplung oder
Bremse für die Ausgangsspannung des Schnell−
schalt−Gleichrichters ausgelegt ist. Technische Da-
ten der Kupplung oder Bremse beachten.
S Für den Anschluß der Kupplung oder Bremse ist ein
dreiadriges Kabel zu verwenden.
S Netzeingangsdrähte an die L−N (einphasig) oder
L1−L2 (zweiphasig) sowie Schutzleiter (PE) an-
schließen und Schrauben anziehen.
S Die Anschlußdrähte für die Kupplung oder Bremse
an die Klemme plus (+) und minus (−) anschließen.

2.1.
S Betriebsart des Schnellschalt−Gleichrichters festle-
gen:
a. Netzseitiges schalten (schalten AC−seitig)
b. Gleichstromseitiges schalten (schalten DC−sei-
tig)
S Die nicht gewählte Betriebsart ist durch Drahtbrük-
ken (s. Anschlußplan "A") zu verschalten. Leitungs-
querschnitte s. technische Daten im Kap. 2.1.
S Zum Schalten der Schnellschalt−Gleichrichter AC−
oder DC−seitig sind geeignete Leistungsschütze zu
verwenden, dessen zulässiger Strom (Jth) ca.
30−35 Amp. beträgt. Die Strombahnen sind ent-
sprechend der Anschlußbilder zu verdrahten.

S With single−phase units use a three−core cable.
For the cable cross sections per core see the techni-
cal data given in chap. 2.1.
S Assure that the clutch or brake to be switched has
been designed for the output voltage of the quick−
switching rectifier. Pay attention to the technical data
of the clutch or brake.
S For connection of the clutch or brake use a three−
core cable.
S Connect the mains input wires to L−N (single−
phase) or L1−L2 (two−phase) and to protective
conductor (PE) and tighten the screws.
S Connect the connection wires for the clutch or brake
to the terminals plus (+) and minus (−). For the ca-
ble cross sections see the technical data given in
chap. 2.1.
S Fix the type of operation of the quick−switching rec-
tifier.
a. Switching on mains side (switching on A.C. side)
b. Switching on D.C. side (switching on D.C. side)
S Wire the non−selected type of operation by wire
links (see wiring diagram "A"). For the cable cross
sections see the technical data in chap. 2.1.
S For switching of the quick−switching rectifier on
A.C. or D.C. side, pertinent power contactors are
provided having an admissible current (Jth) of ap-
prox. 30−35 amps. The paths of the current have to
be wired as per the pertinent wiring diagrams.
