2 YEARS in accordance with Law 3/2014 of 27 March, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the
Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16
November, except for 1 YEAR for batteries and battery chargers.
** Hire and rental companies will enjoy special conditions.
In order to process the warranty, all products must be returned for repair, in their original packaging, together with all the
original accessories, manuals and cables supplied.
A copy of the purchase invoice is required to process the warranty.
Products will be repaired in accordance with the problem reported by the client, who should provide clear and explicit de-
tails of the incident to enable us to deal with it in the correct manner. In the event no defect is found , the client will be liable
for the costs of analysis, transport and collection.
In the event it proves impossible to repair the article, it may be replaced with a product of similar or superior characteris-
tics, assessing the state in which the damaged product was returned. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
• Parts that have been changed, broken or repaired by third parties
• Mistreatment, subject to wear or damage
• Motor breakdowns caused by contact with water
• Cases of misuse and electrical damage, such as overloads from the use of non-original chargers
• Vandalism
• Normal wear and tear (tyres, brakes, etc.).
• Parts damaged by an attempt at repair conducted by an unauthorised dealer.
The warranty period begins on the date of the purchase of the product by the end user.
This warranty covers the costs of parts, labour in relation to repairs required to restore the product to full operational mode
or the replacement of the same, in addition to the collection and delivery of the product to your home address or an official
technical service in the first 6 months.
