WARNING
PLEASE READ THIS INSTRUCTION CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT AND SAVING IT FOR LATER USE !!!
Congratulations on the purchase of your Wiggle Car. Before the Wiggle Car is put to use, make sure to read and follow all assembly, operating, and safety instructions. The
Wiggle Car is designed to accommodate anyone from a 3-year old child..
HOW TO USE THE WIGGLE CAR
• Always wear proper protective equipment approved helmets, elbow pads, kneepads, long sleeve shirt, gloves, long pants.
• Sit on top of the Wiggle Car with both feet placed on the footrests and both hands on the steering wheel.
• Turn the wheel back and forth continuously, and the Wiggle Car's unique design will use gravity and centrifugal force to glide forward on its own. To stop, simply stop
turning the steering wheel, wait for the car to slow, and place feet on the ground.
• To move faster, lean slightly forward over the steering wheel and use your whole upper body when you turn the steering wheel (not just your arms).
• The maximum speed on smooth level ground should be approximately 6 miles per hour (although normal operation yields speeds of 3-4 miles per hour).
WHERE TO USE THE WIGGLE CAR
• The Wiggle Car works best when used on smooth, flat surfaces such as interior wooden, tiled or linoleum covered floors or exterior concrete, paved paths, asphalt, and
other open areas. Ideal for use in any area with a smooth, flat surface and plenty of room to operate.
WHAT THE WIGGLE CAR IS MADE OF
• The Wiggle Car's parts include PP, ABS, Nylon and stainless steel fittings for the wheels and other moving parts. The Wiggle Car requires no batteries or power sources of
any kind, except the rider.
WHAT THE WIGGLE CAR CAN SUPPORT
• The maximum weight of the pilot of the Wiggle Car shouldn't exceed 100 kg;
• On certain surfaces, lower passenger weights are recommended to ensure the safety of the pilot and the lifespan of the Wiggle Car.
The following are recommended weight limits for different surfaces:
• Concrete, paved & asphalt surfaces outdoors - 60 kg;
• Wooden, tiled and other surfaces inside - 90 kg;
• Polished concrete surfaces - 100 kg;

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• All children pilots, especially those under the age of 5, should be supervised by an adult whenever the Wiggle Car is being used
• The Wiggle Car should not be used on any public street or thoroughfare, near any kind of traffic, or anywhere else cars, buses, motor bikes, and other vehicles operate
• The Wiggle Car should not be used near pools, steps, or other drop-offs
• The Wiggle Car should not be ridden or raced on steep slopes or uneven and rough surfaces
• The Wiggle Car pilot should always sit on the seating area facing forwards
• The Pilot should sit close to the steering wheel, rather than the back of the Wiggle Car, to maximize control and remove any possible risk of falling or tipping backwards
• Failure to observe the above warnings, or the use of the Wiggle Car in any way other than that intended, could cause serious injury or death.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Before beginning assembly, please verify that all parts are included.
Figure 2 .
2.1.Take the Rear Wheels and insert them into the sockets at the back of the Wiggle Car. There is a locating lug on the shaft of the wheel assembly molding. This lug fits into
the slot in the Wiggle Car body. The wheels can only go onto the Wiggle Car in one way. Make sure you have the correct wheel on the correct side. Make sure the locating
lug on each wheel lines up with the slot in the socket before inserting the wheels fully into the Wiggle Car.
2.2. Push the Rear Wheels in, by hand, as far as they can go. The fit is necessarily tight so you will need to push hard. To make sure of the fit, when you have pushed the
wheels in as far as you can by hand turn the Wiggle Car the right way up and standing behind the Wiggle Car grip both sides of the seat and put pressure on the Wiggle Car.
Note: The rear wheel assemblies are designed to have 4 barbed retaining lugs at the top.
When snapped into place these lugs grip the body of the Wiggle Car and prevent the wheels falling out. Sometimes during transport one or more of
these get snapped off. However, wheels with 3 barbed lugs remaining will work just as well as 4.
