3. Initial use
Take the device out of the package and remove all the packaging material. Place
1.5V AAA batteries in the battery compartment of the scale. Pay attention to the
correct polarity of the contacts. Place the product only on a firm, even and dry
surface.
4. Usage and function
Touch the scale with your foot in order to turn on the device. It appears „0.0" on
the display.
Then stand with your feet evenly apart on the scale and do not move. Your weight
is shown on the display after a few seconds. Wait till the display stops flashing.
Press the „Unit" button at the bottom of the device to change the displayed unit.
You can choose between the following units:
KG = Kilograms; ST = Stone; LB = Pound
The scale has an „Auto-OFF" function. It automatically switches off after 30
seconds of inactivity.
