tible or inflammable surroundings or
objects.
• Use only high-quality batteries. In-
ferior quality batteries may leak and
damage the device.
• Batteries should never be thrown
into the fire nor be charged.
• If the scale is not used for a long du-
ration of time, then ensure that the
batteries are removed and stored in a
dry place.
• Do not use any chemical cleaning
agents. Use only a soft cloth for
cleaning.
