Prior to fi rst use
Before you use the product, you must
• insert the batteries in the computer.
• preset the tension strap.

Inserting batteries

❐ Batteries may be life threatening if swallowed. Therefore keep batteries and the de-
vice out of the reach of young children. Should a battery be swallowed seek medical
help immediately.
You will need 2x 1.5 volt batteries, type AA.
1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the computer.
2. Insert two 1.5 volt batteries, type AA.
3. When inserting the batteries, ensure that the polarity is correct!
4. Close the battery compartment.

Presetting the resistance

❐ Start by setting the tension strap to the lowest resistance and then gradually adjust
the resistance to your level of fi tness before starting with your fi rst complete workout.

CAUTION!
1. You can adjust the length of the tension strap using the
metal ring under the handlebar axle.
2. The longer the tension strap, the less resistance when ped-
alling.
3. The shorter the tension strap, the greater the resistance
when pedalling.
