icon (BT) flashes. Your radio is going to be linked with your
headphone. Wait until the flashing stops before use the headphone. It
may take about 20-30 seconds.
Now you are able to remote control the PTT-button of the Tectalk Duro
BT through your headset. If you press the telephone button of your
headset you activate the transmission. Press the button again to stop
transmitting and receive again. Some headsets may need a double-
click instead of a single click of the PTT-button.
Please do not forget to stop your transmission, otherwise you will not
be able to receive anything. Instead you could also use the Vox-
function to automatically activate the transmission once you start
talking. Please note that the Vox-function works best while being in a
quiet environment.

Programming

The radio is also programmable and can be customized to your needs.
You can program every memory with your desired frequency and
settings. You can also adapt the radios menu to your needs. Required
for this is the programming cable with the item number: 29843.

Now pressing the monitor button, turn on your
radio. The Bluetooth icon (BT) displays and two
digit bars will blink. Put your headphone near
your radio and enter the pairing mode. The Ln
(Linked) icon is displayed and the pairing has
been done. Your radio returns to the standby
mode and ready to use for the Bluetooth. You
