Telephone Subscriber Card G8-TEL4

The digital telephone card G8-TEL4 allows connection of up to four analogue
telephones to the centrals GE 800 and GE 300 (with GEI 300).
Connection via installation boards
For the connection of the analogue telephones to the G8-TEL4 two different instal-
lation boards are available: G8A-K and G8A-I.
These installation boards as well as the transformer for the external power supply
(e.g. PA9) are not included in the extent of supply.
Installation board G8A-K for one G8-TEL4
Installation board G8A-K for one G8-TEL4 with pluggable screw-terminals; this in-
stallation board occupies one plug-in unit at the rear of the central.

Installation board G8A-I for a single G8-TEL4 with a 37-way D-Submin plug; occu-
pies one plug-in unit at the rear of the central.
For connection to the distribution board prefabricated cables are available:
X-ASK32/5: 32-way cable, 5 m (16.4 ft)
X-ASK32/10: 32-way cable, 10 m (32.8 ft)
