Problem
The device does
not work.
No sound.
Poor sound quality.
The remote control
does not work.

CLEANING AND CARE

„ Always pull all the power adaptors out of the socket every time before cleaning the
device.
„ Clean the housing with a slightly moist cloth.
„ Never use benzene, alcohol or other harsh substances to clean the housing.
„ Make sure that no moisture can penetrate into the interior of the device.
„ Use the original packaging to transport the device.

Possible cause
The mains plug of all the power
adaptors (31) are not connected
correctly.
Volume is set too low.
The settings on the source device
are not correct.
The sound is turned off.
Connection cables are not correctly
inserted.
Batteries are exhausted or not
properly inserted.
The distance between the unit and
the remote control is too large.
Solution
Check whether the mains plug of all
the power adaptors (31) are properly
connected to an electrical outlet.
Adjust the MASTER VOL+ (22)/ SUB+
(23) to desired level.
Check, if the the volume settings on
your source device are correct and that
playback is active.
Press MUTE (18).
Make sure that the connection cables
to the source device are correctly
connected and that the connectors are
fully inserted.
Make sure that the batteries have been
inserted correctly. Replace them if
necessary.
Reduce the distance between remote
control and the unit. Make sure that no
obstacles interfere with the connection.
Point the remote control directly at the
remote control signal receiver (6).
