5. Initial use

Note
Before using the stress releaZer for the first time, let it charge for a minimum
of 4 hours. Proceed as follows:
Charging the stress releaZer
• Connect the micro USB charging cable to the mains adapter and the stress
releaZer (

via the USB port on your computer or laptop (
When the device is charging, the function light will light up alternately in a cir-
cle. When the stress releaZer is fully charged, the function light will be perma-
nently illuminated. The battery will last for approx. 3 hours when fully charged
(with heat and light function activated) or approx. 11 hours without heat and
light function. Charge the stress releaZer again as soon as the function light
flashes blue during operation.
Note
The device cannot be used whilst it is being charged.
