Operation

POWERING UP THE SCALE
Rotate the Twist Knob to power up the scale. It needs to be rotated
at least 120 degrees.
WEIGHING
1. Place the scale on a stable, flat surface.
2. Rotate the Twist Knob at least 120 degrees. The number 0 will be displayed.
3. Place the food on the platform. The display will show its weight.

TARE FUNCTION

1. With the scale powered up, place a container on the platform. The weight of the
container will be shown on the display.
2. Press the [TARE] button to subtract the weight of the container, resetting the value on
the display to 0. When adding food to the container, the display will now show the
weight of the food only. Should you wish to add more items that need to be weighed
separately, please repeat this step.
3. After using the Tare function to reset the displayed weight to 0, removing the
container from the scale will cause a negative value to be shown on the display. The
value can be reset to 0 by pressing the [TARE] button again.
