7. As shown in the following picture, connect the Upright Tube (C) with the Base Assembly (L)
by the Fix Pin A (I) and Fix Pin B (J) and fix them by the R pin (F).
8. Insert the Inner Tube (B) into the Upright Tube (C) and insert Handle B (G) into the screw
holes on the Inner Tube (B).
