automatically switches off when not used for 45 minutes. The
indicator lights of the temperature display blink in sequence and
indicate stand-by mode.
• To reactivate the device, operate the temperature switch.
Straightening hair
• Divide the hair into strands and comb them
carefully.
• Place one strand at a time between the plates
of the device, press the grip together and pull
the device evenly from the hairline to the tip
of the hair within no longer than 5 seconds.
Attention: To avoid overheating of the hair, do not stop the
motion while the hair is pressed between the plates.
• If necessary, the process can be repeated up to 2 times until
the desired shape is reached.
Curling hair
• Divide the hair into strands and comb them
carefully.

• Perform the steps described below:
- Place one strand at a time between the
plates of the device,
- press the grip together,
- turn the device one half turn around its
longitudinal axis in the direction you wish
to shape the hair and
- pull it evenly from the hairline to the tip of the hair within no
longer than 5 seconds.
Attention: To avoid overheating of the hair, do not stop the
motion while the hair is pressed between the plates.
• Then let the hair cool to fix the styled shape.
• If necessary, the process can be repeated up to 2 times until
the desired shape is reached.

CLEANING

ATTENTION: Before cleaning the device, switch it
off and pull the power plug from the socket!
Never immerse the device in water or other fluids.
Before using the device again, make sure that all humid parts are
completely dry!
Clean the appliance with a damp cloth if necessary. Do not use
solvents or other aggressive or abrasive cleansers. These could
damage the surface.
Note: The plates may absorb colour during use on dyed or tinted
hair. However, this has no effect on its functioning.
