1 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Das DTM-310 dient zur Temperaturmessung von Objek-
ten, Flüssigkeiten und Gasen. Es ist jedoch nicht für den
medizinischen Bereich geeignet! Der Meßbereich reicht
von -50 °C bis +150 °C und ist umschaltbar auf Fahren-
heit (-58 °F bis +302 °F).

Das Instrument entspricht der EU-Richtlinie für elektro-
magnetische Verträglichkeit 89/336/EWG.
Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Feuchtigkeit und Hitze
(zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0 – 50 °C).
Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung nur ein trockenes,
weiches Tuch, niemals scharfe Reinigungsmittel oder
Chemikalien.

1 Applications
The DTM-310 serves for temperature measurements of
objects, liquids, and gases. However, it is not suitable for
medical applications! The measuring range extends
from -50 °C to +150 °C and can be switched to Fahren-
heit (-58 °F up to +302 °F).

The meter corresponds to the directive for electromagne-
tic compatibility 89/336/EEC.
Protect the unit against humidity and heat (admissible
ambient temperature range 0 – 50 °C).
For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth, by no means
strong detergents or chemicals.

1 Possibilités d'utilisation
Le DTM-310 est un thermomètre permettant d'effectuer
des mesures d'objet, de liquides et de gaz. Il n'est pas
conçu pour une utilisation médicale! La plage de
mesure va de -50°C à +150°C et est commutable en
Fahrenheit (-58°F à +302°F).

Protégez l'appareil de l'humidité et de la chaleur
(température ambiante 0–50 °C).
Pour le nettoyer, utilisiez un chiffon sec et doux, en
aucun cas de produits chimiques ou de produits déter-
gents abrasifs.

Wird das Thermometer zweckentfremdet, nicht richtig
bedient oder nicht fachgerecht repariert, kann für even-
tuelle Schäden keine Haftung übernommen werden.
Soll das Gerät endgültig aus dem Betrieb genommen
werden, übergeben Sie es zur Entsorgung einem ört-
lichen Recyclingbetrieb.
4 Bedienung
1) Den roten Schieber (2) ganz nach links schieben, bis
er einrastet und das Gerät eingeschaltet ist.
2) Im Display (3) erscheint eine Anzeige. Wenn nicht,
eine 9-V-Batterie einsetzen. Dazu auf der Rückseite
den Batteriefachdeckel abnehmen. Die Batterie so
herum auf die Anschlußkontakte stecken, daß die
Kontakte richtig einrasten.
Erscheint im Display die Anzeige „BAT", ist die Batterie
verbraucht und muß erneuert werden.
3) Den Schiebeschalter (4) auf „°C" oder „°F" stellen.
4) Den Temperaturfühler (1) an den Gegenstand, in die
Flüssigkeit oder in das Gas halten, und den Wert
ablesen.
5) Nach dem Betrieb immer das Gerät ausschalten, sonst
wird die Batterie unnötig verbraucht: Den roten Schie-
ber (2) ganz nach rechts schieben, bis er einrastet.
If the thermometer is used for purposes other than orig-
inally intended, if it is not operated correctly or not re-
paired by a specialist, no liability can be taken over for
possible damage.
If the unit is to be put out of operation definitively, it
must be disposed of in a local recycling plant.
4 Operation
1) Set the red slider (2) fully to the left until is locks into
place and the unit is switched on.
2) The display (3) shows an indication. If not, insert a
9 V battery. For this remove the battery compartment
cover at the rear side. Place the battery on the con-
tacts so that the contacts lock into place correctly.
If the display shows "BAT", the battery is exhausted
and has to be replaced.
3) Set the sliding switch (4) to "°C" of "°F".
4) Hold the temperature sensor (1) to the object, into the
liquid or gas, and read the value on the display.
5) After the operation always switch off the unit, other-
wise the battery will unnecessarily be exhausted: Set
the red slider (2) fully to the right until it locks in.

ge, si le thermomètre est utilisé dans un but autre que
celui pour lequel il a été conçu, s'il n'est pas correcte-
ment utilisé, ou réparé.
Lorsque l'appareil est définitivement retiré du circuit de
distribution, vous devez le déposer dans une usine de
recyclage adaptée.
4 Utilisation
1) Poussez le potentiomètre rouge (2) entièrement vers
la gauche jusqu'à la butée, l'appareil est alors allumé.
2) Sur l'affichage (3), des valeurs apparaissent. Si ce
n'est pas le cas, insérez une batterie 9 V. Pour ce faire,
retirez le couvercle du compartiment batterie de la
face arrière. Insérez la batterie de telle sorte que les
contacts soient bien positionnés.
Sur l'affichage, "BAT" s'affiche lorsque la batterie est
usagée et doit être remplacée.
3) Mettez l'interrupteur (4) sur la position "°C" ou "°F".
4) Placez la sonde de température (1) sur l'objet, dans le
liquide ou le gaz et lisez la valeur.
5) Après le fonctionnement, éteignez l'appareil car la bat-
terie serait utilisée inutilement. Poussez le poten-
tiomètre rouge (2) vers la droite jusqu'à il s'enclenche.
