Safety notes
• The user of the device must have read and
understood these operating instructions prior to
its first use for save handling of this device.
• The device must only be used when it functions
properly. if the device or part of the device is
defective, have it repaired by a specialist.
• Always keep the operating instructions within
reach.
• If you sell or pass on the device, you must also
pass on these operating instructions.
• Do not touch the power connector with wet
hands! Always disconnect using the plug, not by
pulling on the cable.
• Do not lift the device using the cable or use the
cable for purposes other than intended.
• The device may only be connected to a socket
that is correctly installed and grounded.
• Main power supply and fuse must correspond to
the technical data.
• The fuse must be a residual current circuit-
breaker with a measured residual current of no
more than 30 mA.
• Caution, danger of tripping! Keep connection
cable away from the area you are working in.
• Do not bend, crush or pull the cable, protect from
sharp edges, oil and heat.
• If necessary, only use extension cords that are
appropriate for both the device and the environ-
ment.
• If the power cable is damaged immediately pull
out the plug. Never use the device if the power
cable is damaged.
• If wrongly used, liquid may escape from the bat-
tery. The liquid which escapes can cause skin irri-
tation and burns. Avoid contact under all circum-
stances! If contact occurs, thoroughly rinse with
water. If contact with eyes occurs, seek immedi-
ate medical attention.
• The light source of this luminaire is not replacea-
ble; when the light source reaches its end of life
the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
Risk of damage to the eyes! Never
look directly into the LED.
All broken protective covers must be
replaced. The protective glass must
be replaced with a new piece of un-
damaged protective glass (original
item).

screw tight.
– Stand the lamp on a secure and even surface.
The lamp must stand securely and be stable.

– Arrange stand and light as required, and tighten
all connections.
Charging the battery pack
DANGER! Risk of damage to the unit!
Do not allow the battery pack to deep dis-
charge.
DANGER! Risk of damage to the unit!
Do not press the On/Off switch after the
device has deactivated automatically.
Note: The Li-Ion battery pack can be
charged at any time without affecting the
lifetime of the unit. Interrupting the charging
process will not damage the battery pack.
• The battery pack must be charged prior to the
first start-up.
– Plug the power supply into a mains socket.
– Push the connector of the power supply into the
socket.
• Control lamp lights red = Battery charging.
• Control lamp lights green = Battery fully charged.
Cleaning
DANGER! Danger to life due to electrical
shock! When cleaning, do not submerge in
water as water can thus enter into the unit.
NOTICE! Risk of damage to the device!
Do not use any sharp or abrasive objects, or
aggressive cleaning agents.
Do not use cleaning solutions.
– Clean the tool with a damp cloth. Wipe with a dry
cloth.

– At the end of the device lifetime, you should
remove all batteries before disposing of the item.
– Separate the connections on the batteries and
remove.
– Dispose of the batteries in accordance with the
regulations.
