Apparent defects are to be reported within 8 days after receipt of the goods
otherwise the customer loses all claims concerning such defects. For the
duration of the statutory period of warranty we assume liability for our properly
handled devices from the moment of handover, in such a way that we replace
every part of the device that has become useless verifiably by material or
manufacturing faults within the period of warranty. As far as we have warranty
claims against our supplier, we also assume liability for parts we do not pro-
duce. The customer bears the costs of such assembly of new parts. Claims for
annulment and price reduction and any other claims for damages are excluded.
Only for EU-countries
Do not dispose of electrical tools in the household waste.
According to European directive 2002/96/EG on waste,
electric and electronic equipment and their ratification waste
equipment has to be collected separately and recycled in an
environmentally friendly way.
