Recommended action
• Check that the power cord is
securely connected. Unplug, then
reconnect it carefully. Check that
your wall outlet has power.
• Dried oils can block the device,
so use the essential oil diffuser

• Check that the glass bell is
securely attached to the base,
gently pull it upwards and replace
it on the base.
• Use only pure, natural essential
oils, never add water.
• Pour in about thirty drops of
essential oils; the oil level should
never exceed the top of the small
glass tubes located at the base of
the bell.
• Place the diffuser on a flat
surface, reposition the glass bell
and replace the glass stopper to
avoid any vibrations that generate
noise.
