STARTING UP
Rechargeable batteries are incorporated so that the set can be used cordlessly. Before the first
use or when the batteries are low it is necessary to recharge them for 12 hours with the enclosed
adapter: Plug the adapter to the main and connect the set to it with the cable. Make sure the set
is switched off (on 0) when loading the batteries. Once the batteries are loaded first unplug the
adapter from the main, then disconnect the set. Depending on the intensity of use, the battery-
operated device can now be used wirelessly for 20 to 40 minutes. We recommend charging the
battery for 1 to 2 hours after multiple uses. You can also use the set with the cable, i.e. connected
to the adapter plugged to the main, when the batteries are low. Avoid absolutely to over discharge
the batteries. So after each use switch off the set so that the motor is no longer connected to the
battery. Otherwise, the battery may discharge and be permanently destroyed.
I
Hold the knurled screw (3) with your hand. To remove the nut (4) use your
other hand to turn it in a clockwise direction. The attachment is inserted into
the location hole (5). To tighten the nut (4) turn in an anticlockwise direction.
II
Switch on the set at the handle:
Step 1 = low speed (3000 rpm) / step 2 = high speed (4700 rpm)
USE OF THE ACCESSORIES
Hands and feet can be treated a lot easier after a warm bath (with or without additives). Nails are
then more flexible, and hard skin is easier to remove.
a
Pointed abrasive tip: for shortening and shaping finger and toe-nails.
b
Cleaning and polishing brush: use this to remove skin and nail dust,
or to polish the nail top. Will also clean underneath nail-ends.
c
Felt polishing tip: to polish the nails prior to application of lacquer.
Using regularly this polisher will prevent nails to split or break.
d
Diamond cutter: to remove hard skin from fingertips, toes,
heels and sole.
e
Diamond cutter flame shaped: for dealing with ingrained nails as well as for
removing the not very aesthetic cuticles around the nails.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

For cleaning just wipe the manicure/pedicure appliance with a dry, soft cloth. Don't ever put
the set in water or use detergents. Except for the polishing felt and the brush, you can use water,
soap and a brush to clean the other accessories. After the cleaning it is advisable to spray on some
disinfectant. Let the tips dry in order to avoid rusting. The set needs no maintenance, just take good
care of it.
