Cleaning
 Clean the IP protective tubes regularly and in the event of soiling.
If possible, use an anti-static plastic cleaner. You thereby reduce the deposit of
dust particles on the IP protective tube caused by static charge.
Use no aggressive cleaning agents.
Use no abrasive cleaning agents.
 Remove soiling from the IP protective tube with plenty of water.
Avoid scratching.
 Afterwards, wipe off the IP protective tube with a clean, slightly damp cloth.
 Dry the IP protective tube with a clean cloth.
NOTE
Observe after cleaning!
 Remove any residual water from the IP protective tube.
 Wipe off the IP protective tube with a clean cloth.
 Check the alignment of transmitter and receiver of the MLC safety
light curtain as described in the
 Test the effectiveness of the protective device as described in the
original operating instructions
