Intended Use
The microphone is intended to convert acoustic signals (sound waves) into electrical signals.
The low-level audio output signal may be connected only to suitable microphone inputs of
audio devices.
The product may only be used in enclosed indoor locations. Outdoor use is not allowed. Do not
expose the product to moisture, e.g., in damp locations or the like.
For safety and approval reasons, you may not convert and/or alter the product. If you use the
product for other purposes than those described above, the product may be damaged. Further-
more, improper use can cause risks such as short-circuits, fire, etc. Please read the operating
instructions carefully and do not discard them. If you pass the product on to a third party, please
hand over these operating instructions as well.

Please read the operating instructions carefully and pay particular attention
to the safety instructions. We do not assume liability for any injuries/mate-

information in these operating instructions regarding the proper use of the
product. Furthermore, in such cases, the warranty/guarantee will be null and

• Also observe the safety instructions of the device to which you intend to connect
the microphone.
• The product is not a toy. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not carelessly cast aside the packaging material. It may become a dangerous
plaything for children.
• Protect the product from exposure to humidity, moisture, extreme temperatures,
and combustible gases, vapours and solvents.
• Use the product only in a temperate climate, never in a tropical climate.
• Never expose the product to mechanical stress.
• Please handle the product carefully. It can be damaged by impact, blows, or by
being dropped, even from a low height.
• If safe operation is no longer possible, take the device out of service and secure
it against unintended use. Safe operation is no longer possible, if the product:
- has visible damage,
- no longer functions properly,
- has been stored under adverse ambient conditions for an extended period of
time or
- has been exposed to considerable strain during transport.
• If you have doubts about how the product should be operated or how to safely
connect it, consult a qualified technician.
• Maintenance, adjustment and repair work should only be carried out by an ex-
pert or a specialised workshop. If you have any questions that are not answered
in these operating instructions, please contact our technical customer service or
other professionals.
Description of the Features
The microphone is a dynamic microphone and no external power supply is required. It is opti-
mally adapted to use as a vocal microphone with the following features:
• Integrated ON/OFF switch
• Metal housing
• XLR connection and microphone cable with 6.3 mm jack plug
Start up
Only connect the product to suitable microphone inputs, to prevent distortions or
mismatching that might damage the microphone or any connected audio equipment.
Please refer to the connection data contained in the „Technical Data" section.
To connect the microphone, only use the enclosed or other shielded microphone
cable suitable for this purpose. Use of other cables may lead to interference.
Never point the microphone at the speakers in your loudspeakers, since this may
lead to interference, which could damage the loudspeaker and the connected ampli-
fier.
a) Connection
• Switch off the audio device to which the microphone is to be connected.
• Switch off the microphone by using the ON-OFF switch on the shaft (push downwards).
• Plug the XLR connector on the microphone cable into the socket on the bottom of the mi-
crophone.
• Plug the jack plug on the microphone cable into the microphone input socket on your audio
device. If the audio device has a different socket, please use a suitable adapter.
b) Operation
• Switch on the microphone by using the ON-OFF switch on the shaft (push upwards).
• Switch on your audio device.
• Please adapt the sensitivity of your audio device by using the corresponding input level con-
trol for the microphone (see the instructions for the audio device).
Care and Cleaning
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, cleaning alcohol or other chemical solutions
since these could damage the housing or even impair operation.
Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the microphone.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable material and do not belong in the household
waste. Dispose of an unserviceable product in accordance with the relevant statu-
tory regulations.
