I. Foreword
Dear customer, this Manual can help you use this machine well. We would appreciate it if you can take time out of your busy schedule to read
and fully understand this Manual, and then use your air compressor to its maximum power and improve your economic efficiency.
This Manual gives a detailed introduction to the piston reciprocating belt-driven air compressor. It includes the operation, maintenance
and simple troubleshooting of the air compressor. Therefore, before using the air compressor, be sure to install it according to the various
points specified in this Manual. The air compressor must be used to maximize its function and efficiency, and reduce unnecessary faults and
damage. When any abnormality occurs during the operation of your air compressor, if you need to obtain proper service, please immediately
inform the company's service department or the dealer who will provide you with the speediest and complete service.
II. Inspections upon receiving air compressor
1. After you have received an air compressor, please check that its type and specification are as the same as that of the compressor you have
ordered.
2. Check if the air compressor is attached with a certificate of conformity and warranty card, if it is supplied with a complete set of
attachments.
3. Check if the air compressor is damaged during transport and if the screws are loose.
If any of the above situations occur, please contact the company's service department or the dealer within one week who will resolve it for
you satisfactorily.
III. Selection of air compressor installation site and motor installation:
A. Selection of air compressor installation site:
In order to increase the life of the air compressor and reduce maintenance costs, it is necessary to select a good installation site.
1. Select a place that is well ventilated, dry, clean and low-dust.
2. A well-lit place facilitating oil level check and oil filling.
3. A place facilitating part check, disassembly and assembly. Place the machine horizontally at a distance of more than 1m from the walls for ventilation.
B. Motor installation:
1. If you want to purchase a motor for assembly by yourself, please select the model according to the air compressor.
