Power-on duration monitoring The power-on duration monitoring checks how long the table col-
umns have been moving. After 2 minutes of uninterrupted use, the
control unit will switch off automatically for 18 minutes to prevent
overheating – „HOT" will appear on the display.
Safety shutdown The control unit will shut down automatically when components
become too hot. The system will automatically return to operation
after the components have cooled down sufficiently.
Safety zone The safety range starts 40 mm before the tabletop reaches its
lowest position. This feature causes the system to stop before the
tabletop reaches its lowest position. It requires the user to press
the DOWN button again to continue lowering the desk to the lowest
position at a reduced speed.

Drive back When a safety feature (e.g. collision detection) is triggered, the
desk will automatically be driven back in the opposite direction by
approx. 30 mm to prevent crushing injury.
Overload detection The control unit is able to detect excessive loads (weight) on the
table and switch off automatically.
Softstart / Softstop After starting and before stopping, the drive units will run briefly
at a reduced speed so that the tabletop can gently start and stop
moving.
