Safety rules

• Recharge only with the charger specified by the
manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type
of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with
another battery pack
• Protect the battery charger from rain and mois-
ture. The penetration of water in a battery charger in-
creases the risk of electric shock
• Do not charge other batteries. The battery charger
is suitable only for charging lithium ion batteries within
the listed voltage range Otherwise there is danger of
fire and explosion.
• Keep the battery charger clean. Contamination
may cause the danger of electric shock
• Check the battery charger, cable and plug each
time before using. Do not use the battery charger
when defects are detected. Do not open the battery
charger yourself and have it repaired only by quali-
fied personnel using original spare parts. Damaged
battery chargers, cables and plugs increase the risk of
electric shock

• Do not operate the battery charger on easily in-
flammable surfaces (e.g. , paper , textiles, etc.) or
in combustible environments. There is danger of fire
due to the heating of the battery charger during charg-
ing
• Avoid touching grounded items, such as metal pipes,
heaters, cookers and refrigerators If the worker's body
comes into contact with a grounded item, the danger of
electric shock increases
• Do not use the power supply cable for purposes
other than designed Under no circumstances should
one use the cable to carry the charger or pull it; also,
it is forbidden to switch off the charger by pulling the
power supply cable Protect the cable against heat-
ing, contact with kerosene-based bodies, with sharp
edges or mobile parts of the tool A power cable that
is damaged or spliced increases the danger of electric

shock
• Do not disassemble the battery and chargers and do
not change its construction
• Do not charge batteries in environment exposed
to the risk of explosion, e.g. near flammable liquid
vapours, gases or flammable particles in the form of
dusts
• Do not charge the battery when a battery jar is dam-
aged
• In the process of charging, the battery and charger
gets warm, therefore, do not cover it and do not place
it on thermal insulation materials (mineral wool, saw-
dust, etc)
• Do not use damaged batteries and chargers their
use can lead to damage of the power tool and result in
injuries or material damage
• Store your charging device in a dry place at room
temperature Make sure that children do not have ac-
cess to the charging device storage place
