Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Lindy 300m USB Cat.5 Extender
HID. This product has been designed to provide trouble free,
reliable operation. It benefits from both a LINDY 2 year warranty
and free lifetime technical support. To ensure correct use,
please read this manual carefully and retain it for future
reference.
The USB Cat.5 Extender HID can be used to extend the
distance between a USB keyboard and mouse and a host
computer by up to 300m. It consists of a local unit with a USB

Der USB Cat.5 Extender HID wird verwendet, um Distanzen
zwischen Computer und USB Maus bzw. Tastatur auf bis zu
300m zu erweitern. Er besteht aus einer lokalen Einheit (mit
USB-Kabel mit Typ A Stecker, Anschluss an den fern-
zubedienenden Rechner) und einer Remote-Einheit (Device-
Seite mit eingebauter USB Typ A Buchse). Der Extender
unterstützt auch kabellose Mäuse und Tastaturen. Zur
Verbindung werden Standard-Netzwerkkabel bis zu 300m
Länge (Kategorie 5e oder höher) verwendet.
