TROUBLE SHOOTING
Never try to repair or dismantle the unit yourself. Before calling for assistance, please check
the points below.
Problem
The unit does not
operate.
The dehumidifying
function does not work.
No air is discharged.
Operation is noisy.
This product contains fluorinated gases covered by the Kyoto Protocol

Disposal:
In conformity with Directive 2002/96/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE),
at the end of its life the unit should be taken to an electrical appliance collection point for its
environmentally friendly disposal.
Possible cause
Has the power cord been disconnected?
Is the water tank full indicator flashing?
The tank is full and/or in a wrong position.
Is the room temperature above 35 °C or
below 5 °C?
Is the air filter clogged?
Is the air inlet or air outlet obstructed?
Is the air filter clogged?
Is the unit tilted or unsteady?
Is the air filter clogged?
Solution
Plug the power cord in a working
outlet.
Empty the water tank and
position correctly.
The protective device is activated,
the unit can not be started.
Clean the filter as instructed
under «Cleaning».
Remove any obstacle.
Clean the filter as instructed
under «Cleaning».
Move the unit to a stable, sturdy
location.
Clean the filter as instructed
under «Cleaning».
