RTU 300 AT LCD Hourly Programmable Thermostat
A. Installation, Mounting:
Caution: Turn off RTU 300 AT and the electronic devices
(e.g. heater, cooler) which will be connected before
installation start. It is highly recommended that the
installation procedure is processed by trained personnel.
1. Installation Location:
Choose an indoor location that provides good temperature
detection. Prevent direct exposure to sunlight; at low air
circulation, near heat/cool generating sources, or suffer
from great temperature changes (e.g. near door).
2. Wiring:
There are 3 wiring terminals at the top-right corner at the
back of RTU 300 AT, labeled as "L"(Live), "H"(Heater) and
"C" (Cooler). "H" and "C" are input to heater and cooler.
Leaves unused hole blank.
DO NOT CHANGE OR EXCHANGE ANY WIRINGS.
3. Mounting:
Using the accessory screws and wall anchors provided,
mount the thermostat with the key-hole at the back. The
thermostat should be mounted on the wall as shown in
Figure 1.

room temperature.
2. If Battery is LOW; C, P, & Colon will be flashing, the
recent batteries must be replaced with new batteries.
3. Defrost 'df' is displayed for a temperature control at 5 ˚C
with ON @ Heat & OFF @ Cool when room temperature
is below 5 ˚C.
4. Below 0 ˚C, L will display with ON @ Heat & OFF @
Cool.
5. Above 39.5 ˚C, H will display with OFF @ Heat & ON @
Cool
