E01 / E02 a. Stromzufuhr Fehler. Eines
der Kabel ist nicht richtig
verbunden oder defekt.
b. Das zulässige
Gewicht von 100 kg ist
überschritten.
E06 Hubsäulen nicht synchron.
Der Höhenunterschied
zwischen beiden Hubsäulen
beträgt mehr als 1 cm.
E07 Das Gesamtgewicht ist
größer als 100 kg.
E08 Die Stromstärke ist geringer
als notwendig.
E09 Die Stromstärke ist höher
als zugelassen.

Fehlerbehebung

Tisch für 18 Minuten ruhen
lassen. Ziehen Sie den
Stromstecker, warten Sie
einige Minuten. Nachdem
Sie den Stromstecker erneut
einstecken ist der Fehler
behoben.
a. Stellen Sie sicher, dass
alle Kabel richtig ange-
schlossen sind. Sollte das
Problem nach Überprüfung
bestehen bleiben, müssen
Kabel oder die Hubsäule
getauscht werden.
b. Reduzieren Sie die Last
auf dem Tisch und der Fehler
behebt sich automatisch.
Ein Reset durchführen wie
unter 4. beschrieben
Reduzieren Sie die Ge-
wichtsbelastung auf unter
100 kg.
Wahlen Sie eine geeignete
Stromquelle.

Possible Cause
Excessive use
a. Power failure. One of the
control box cables is not
connected properly, it is
defective or broken.
b. The weight on one side of
the desk exceeds 100 kg.
Lifting columns out of synch.
The difference between the
two lifting columns is higher
than 1 cm (0.4 inches).
The load weight exceeds the
limit of 100 kg.
The input voltage is lower
than the required value.
The input voltage is too high
and exceeds the maximum
allowed value.
How to correct
Do not use for 18 minutes.
Disconnect the power cable,
wait a few minutes, and
then plug the cable to the
power source. The error
code will disappear.
a. Make sure all the con-
nection cables are properly
connected. Then wait 3 sec-
onds and the error code will
disappear. If the problem
still persists, replace the
engine with a new one.
b. Remove load from desk,
then the error code will
automatically disappear.
Perform a reset as described
under 4.
Remove some from the
things on the desk to make
sure the total weight does
not exceed 100 kg.
The error code will auto-
matically disappear when
the voltage increases and
reaches the limits required
by the device.
The error code will disap-
pear automatically when
the voltage decreases and
reaches the maximum value
that the device can support.
