Key Box Instructions
OPENING YOUR KEY BOX
1. Rotate the dials of the lock to your 3 digit code (the preset factory code is 0-0-0)
2. Rotate the knob in the direction indicated by the arrow and pull the door open
RESETTING YOUR CODE
1. Open the key box following the instructions above
2. On the back of the door you will find a lever, move this into position B
3. Keeping the door open, rotate the dials of the combination lock to your desired code
4. Return the lever on the back of the door into position A
5. Before closing the door, test your new code. Turn the knob into the locked position and
scramble the number dials, dial in your new code and rotate the knob into the open position
6. If your new code is accepted, you can now shut and lock your key box
IMPORTANT
Do not use simple combinations such as "1-2-3" which can be easily guessed.
WALL FIXING YOUR KEY BOX
You will require
• Pencil
• Spirit Level
• 6mm Masonry Drillbit
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Choose a suitable location to install your key box
2. Mark the wall through the fixing holes with a pencil
3. For best results use a spirit level to ensure it is level
4. Using a 6mm masonry drillbit, drill the marked positions to
the same depth as that of the rawl plugs provided
5. Insert the rawl plugs into the holes and tap level with a
hammer
6. Insert the 4 mounting screws through the back of the unit
and align with the rawl plugs. Tighten with a screwdriver
until secure
