Switch the device on, insert the safety key, then press START. After a 3-second countdown (3 beeps), the treadmill
starts with a speed of 0.8km/h. Adjust speed and incline with the corresponding buttons.

While in STANDBY mode, press MODE to enter the manual mode.
The TIME display shows "30:00" minutes. Press +/- to adjust, then press MODE to confirm and continue.
The DIST display shows "1.0" (km). Press +/- to adjust, then press MODE to confirm and continue.
The CAL display shows "50" for the calories-to-burn countdown. Press +/- to adjust, then press MODE to
confirm and continue.
At last, choose one out of three available countdown modes.
Press START to begin the workout with the entered parameters.
Press the quick program key to enter the program. The TIME display will show default data "30:00" flashing. Press the
"-INCLINE+" or "-SPEED+" buttons to adjust the exercising time. Next, change the speed and incline by pressing the
"-INCLINE+" or "-SPEED+" key when the column is in flashing mode. There are 15 stages each program. And each
exercising time=set time/15 minutes. The subsequent program will be entered automatically when the current one is
finished (there will be 3 "Beep-" warning sounds. The speed and incline will change accordingly to the program gra-
phic. When the program is over, the incline will decrease to zero degree. During the program workout you can press
STOP or pull off the safety key to stop training. When a program is over, there will be 3 "Beep-" warning sounds. After
5 seconds the machine will be in standby mode.
