Maintenance and Care

Disconnect the housing from power supply before starting to clean it. For reasons of
electrical safety never clean the camera with water or other liquid matters and never put
the device under water. Only use a soft dry cloth for cleaning the housing. A cleaning of
the housing's interior may only be carried out by authorised personnel.
Make sure to include these instructions when handing the device over to third parties.
In order to maintain the IP 67 rating, check the housing seals whenever the housing is
opened for maintenance and replace them if necessary.

check the power supply connection (230
V AC or 12 V DC) to the connection cir-
cuit board
check the connection of the video cable
to the connection circuit board
check the function of your power supply
(12 V DC)
check the connections to the camera
(video / power)
check the mounting of the housing
check all seals for correct mounting and /
or defects
check the function of the heater
