IV. Maintenance

Disconnect the power adapter from the
power socket and disconnect the power
cable from the aroma diffuser.

Remove the outer and inner cover of the
aroma diffuser, and pour the water out
of the water tank. The water must not be
poured out of the water tank at the loca-
tion of the vent (see fig. 1, position 11).

After pouring out the water, wipe the
water tank of the aroma diffuser using
a personal hygiene product.
If there is limescale inside the water tank,
wipe it out thoroughly using a textile
soaked in limescale remover (e.g. solution
of food-grade citric acid). Cleaning agent
must not be poured into the water tank of
the aroma diffuser. Subsequently fill the
water tank several times with water and
wipe it dry.
V. Troubleshooting
Problem
Possible cause
The AC/DC power adapter is not connected to
the power source or the cable is not properly
connected or there is no voltage in the mains.
There is insufficient water in the water tank.
Mist is not
generated.
There is more than the max. permitted
amount of water in the water tank.
The mist outlet in the cover is not clear.
The ceramic disc wears out after
approx. 3,000 hours of operation.

warranty (responsibility for defects)
from the date of sale. If requested
by the buyer, the seller is obliged to
provide the buyer with the warranty
conditions (rights relating to faulty
performance) in written form accor-
ding to law.
Remedy
Check the connection to mains power and to
the aroma diffuser, and verify that there is
voltage present in the mains.
Pour the necessary amount of water into the
water tank.
Pour out any excess water.
Clean the mist outlet (unclog it).
Necessary replacement.
