Umbau nur bei SchÂtzen ab Fertigungsdatum 1.90
m'glich (Kontrollstempel: ./9001...).
Die Umbauarbeiten dÂrfen nur von qualifiziertem
Personal durchgefÂhrt werden.

Umbauarbeiten
> AC>Spule aus dem SchÂtz ausbauen.
Demontage der Spule siehe Betriebsanleitung der SchÂtze
(4) Markiertes Fenster am SchÂtzgehßuse mittels einer Flach>
zange herausbrechen
> Fenster entgraten (Pre˚stoffstaub absaugen)
> DC>Spule ins SchÂtz einsetzen. Lose Leitung durch heraus>
gebrochenes Fenster aus dem SchÂtz fÂhren.
Montage der Spule siehe Betriebsanleitung der SchÂtze
> Rechten Hilfsschalterblock [h] abnehmen
(5) Bisherigen Hilfsschalterblock [h] und zusßtzlichen Hilfs>
schalterblock [b] mittels Befestigungsschrauben [c] mitein>
ander verbinden.
Beachten Sie die Anordnung der Hilfsschalterbl'cke!
> Hilfsschalterdoppelblock wieder aufschnappen
> Schild [d] auf SchÂtz aufkleben (4)
> SchÂtzinterne Verdrahtung gemß˚ Verdrahtungsplan (3)
> Leitungen mit Leitungshalter [e] festlegen (4)

production date 12.90 onwards (test stamp: ./9012...).
3TF48 > 51, 3TK48, 3TK50:
Conversion only possible with contacts from
production date 1.90 onwards (test stamp: ./9001...).
Modification work must only be carried out by
qualified personnel.

Modification work
> Remove the AC coil from the contactor.
For removal of coil see contactor operating instructions.
(4) Break out the marked window in the contactor base using
flat pliers.
> Deburr the window (extract dust from moulded plastics).
> Insert the DC coil into the contactor. Lead the connecting
wire out of the contactor through the broken>out window.
For fitting the coil see contactor operating instructions.
> Remove right>hand auxiliary contact block [h].
(5) Connect the previous auxiliary contact block [h] and the
additional auxiliary contact block [b] using screws [c].
Please observe the arrangement of the auxiliary contact
blocks!
> Snap the double auxiliary contact block back in place.
> Stick the label [d] to the contactor (4).
> Internal contactor wiring according to wiring diagram (3).
> Support the wires on the wire holder [e] (4).
