CARE AND CLEANING
IS THE CONTAINER DISHWASHER SAFE?
Please do not clean the two blade attachments in the dishwasher, as the knives cannot be removed
from the plastic attachment and the cleaning salts and rinse aid can damage the blades in the long term.
Using the knife would suffer in the dishwasher, as the blades are very sensitive to acidic foods and salty
dishwasher detergents. This would permanently attack you.
In addition, rust film, which can become detached from other metal parts in the dishwasher, can
accumulate on the knives and damage them. You should therefore carefully clean the blades with warm
water and a little mild detergent after use.
The PCT-G material of the two containers is a modern, high-quality and very hard-wearing material
that can be cleaned well even at high temperatures of up to 100 ° C.
Cleaning in the dishwasher can cause stress cracks prematurely. We therefore recommend cleaning
by hand and not in the dishwasher.
The dishwashing detergent and the rinse aid cause a gradual degradation of the polymer, which is
associated with a reduction in mechanical strength.
The use of harsh cleaning agents and, in particular, rinse aid can greatly reduce the number of
cleaning cycles, since unsuitable cleaning agents can severely impair the mechanical strength of the
plastic. Too high a dose of detergent or too high a concentration of alkalis can also cause cracks
prematurely.
Always use a gentle cleaning agent and clean the containers by hand under running water with a
mild detergent. Rinse the containers thoroughly with clean water.
The sports drinking attachment and the lid attachment can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
