Zur Beachtung!
Nur die voll ausgebildete Löschwolke ist wirksam, nicht der
gebündelte Strahl an der Düse. Bildet sich diese Wolke nicht
an der Front des Brandes, dann weiter zurücktreten. Bei
Aufgabe des Löschmittels auf brennende Flüssigkeiten nie
den Strahl direkt in die Flüssigkeit richten! Löschung immer
an der Flammenfront beginnen und den Flammen mit der
Löschwolke folgen.
Bei Flüssigkeitsbränden empfiehlt es sich, mit der Feuer-
löscher-Düse zu wedeln.
Bei Ablöschen von Feststoffbränden Löschmittel schussweise
und sanft aufbringen.
Die voll ausgebildete Löschwolke schlägt die Flammen
sofort nieder. Löschmittel dann auf die verbleibende Glut
aufbringen.
Attention!
Effective is only a fully developed extinguishing cloud
but not the bundled stream at the nozzle. Therefore is
there no cloud at the fire front, step back to increase
the distance to the fire. When discharging extinguishing
agent on to burning liquid, never point the stream directly
in to the liquid. A extinguishing action must always start
at the front of the flame. Then follow the flames with the
extinguishing cloud.
Fires of flammable liquids are most effectively attacked by
gently swerving the fire extinguisher back and forth.
On fires of flammable solids gently discharged the
extinguishing agent in spurts.
A fully developed extinguishing cloud quickly knocks out the
flames. Cover any remaining glowing part in short spurts
with extinguishing agent.
