Pump Installation Directions
PART I
Internal Filter Pump Inspection
1) Remove the Filter Cap (P6117) by unscrewing the Filter Cap Retainer (P6115 or P6H115).
2) Inspect the Filter Cartridge (58094) ensuring it is centered in the Filter Pump.
3) After inspection, check that the Filter Cap Seal (P6119) is in place, replace the Filter Cap (P6117) and screw the Filter Cap Retainer (P6115 or P6H115) into
position.
PART II
Attach the Hoses to the Filter Pump and the Pool
1) Place the loose Hose Clamps (P6124) on both the ends of the Hoses (P6019
or P6022).
2) Attach the Hoses (P6019 or P6022) to the corresponding letters on both the
pool and the Filter Pump (A to A, B to B).
3) Tighten the Hose Clamps (P6124) to the Filter Pump by screwing the fly nut
clockwise.
4) Remove the Stopper Plugs from the pool's Inlet and Outlet Valves and insert
the Debris Screens (F4030).
5) With the Hoses (P6019 or P6022) and the Debris Screens (F4030) in position,
tighten the Hose Clamps (P6124).
NOTE: It is important to ensure
all elements: Hoses, Debris
Screens and Inlet/Outlet Valves are properly aligned.
NOTE: It is imperative to check that the hydraulic connectors are
not closed.
PART III
Preparing the System for Use
1) Open/unscrew the Air Purge Valve (P6112) on the top of the Filter Pump; air is released as water fills the Filter Pump.
2) When water comes out of the Air Purge Valve (P6112) screw it closed and wipe away any water.
3) To start the Filter Pump, insert the plug into a residual current device (RCD).
To start the Filter Pump, insert the plug into a circuit of alternative residual power (DDR)-For France Only.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT DRY RUN THE FILTER PUMP – Make
sure both the pool's Inlet and Outlet valves are fully covered by
water before operating the Filter Pump.

part name.
Pedestal Fixing
EN60335-2-41 TEST standard requires the filter pump to be vertically fixed on
Infall
ground or a certain pedestal made of wood or concrete before use. There should
be two holes 9mm in diameter on the pedestal, the space between which should
be 159mm. Put filter pump on the pedestal and fix them together by fasten the
bolts and nuts. All the pedestal parts should weigh over 18kgs at least to prevent
the pump from accidentally falling.
